SHIPPING POLICY


Order Processing
  • In-stock items ship within 2-4 business days.
  • Made-to-order / custom parts: 30 business days (estimated in the product page).
  • We’ll email you if an item is backordered with the best ETA and options.
Methods & Transit Times (contiguous U.S.)
  • Economy: 5–8 business days.
  • Standard: 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited: 2-Day or Next-Day (cutoff 2:00 PM local warehouse time) Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS. Oversize crates ship Freight/LTL.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
  • Real-time rates shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous states (excludes oversize, hazardous, and freight items).
Regions & Exceptions
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
  • Carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. Oversize/LTL items may not be eligible; add 1–3 extra business days in transit.

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO
  • Select USPS at checkout. Oversize, hazardous, and freight items aren’t eligible.

  • International (Worldwide)
  • We ship to any country served by major carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL/verified freight forwarders).

    • If a shipping rate appears at checkout, choose it and place your order normally.
    • If Shopify doesn’t return a rate for your address, place the order and we’ll email you a freight quote ASAP (typically same-day, within 1 business day). You can approve and pay the freight separately or cancel for a full refund.
    • Unless otherwise specified, international orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) — duties, taxes, and brokerage are collected by your local customs/carrier. If you need a pro-forma invoice or HS codes, just ask at sales@collino.com.ar
    • Oversize crates (e.g., chassis/sim rigs) ship via international freight; liftgate/appointment/residential surcharges may apply and will be quoted in advance.
Oversize, Hazardous & Freight
  • Large items (chassis, simulators, crates) ship by Freight/LTL and may require a liftgate or commercial dock. Any extra accessorials (residential, limited access, appointment) will be quoted before shipping.
Address Changes & Cancellations
  • We move fast. Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order (business hours). After that, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Taxes
  • We collect sales tax where required by law. Tax-exempt/wholesale accounts must file valid documentation before checkout.

Already placed an order? You can track it in two ways:

  • 1) From your account
  • - Go to My Account → Orders to see live status and tracking.

  • 2) With your tracking number
  • - Use the carrier’s site below and paste your tracking code:

    • UPS: ups.com/track
    • FedEx: fedex.com/track
    • USPS: tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirm
    • DHL Express: dhl.com/track
    • Freight/LTL (oversize crates): you’ll receive a PRO# and carrier link (e.g., Old Dominion, ABF, R+L).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We want you to love your parts. If something isn’t right, here’s how we help:

Return Window
  • 30-day returns from delivery on new, unused items in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
  • Email sales@collino.com.ar with your order # and reason. We’ll issue an RMA and a return label (when applicable).
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
  • Fastest: place a new order and return the original for a refund. Or ask us to set up a direct exchange. sales@collino.com.ar
Refunds
  • Processed to the original payment method 3–7 business days after we inspect the item.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to opened packages or items not returned in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom or made-to-order parts, cut-to-length materials, installed/used items, electrical components that have been wired/plugged, software, gift cards, clearance/final sale.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival and report within 5 days with photos of the box, label, packaging, and product. We’ll take care of replacements/claims.

WARRANTY INFORMATION


Collino-branded products
  • Limited Warranty: 3 months against manufacturing defects.
  • Excludes normal wear, accidents, abuse, improper installation, competition damage, or modifications beyond our specs.
Third-party brands
  • Covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help you coordinate claims.
How to File a Warranty Claim
  • Email sales@collino.com.ar with order #, description of the issue, photos/video, and (if relevant) installer notes. We’ll respond with next steps.

SPECIAL ORDERS (MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM)


Need something built your way? We can help.

  • We’ll confirm specs, lead time, and price in writing before you pay.
  • Payment: 50% deposit to start; balance before shipment.
  • All special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable after production begins.
  • Freight packaging and export documents available on request.
