SHIPPING POLICY
At Collino we ship worldwide.
International shipping cost will be quoted personally after you place your order, based on destination and volume.
Shipping within Argentina
Yes, we offer free shipping on purchases equal to or greater than $100,000, valid only for deliveries within Argentina.
Additional charges may apply in certain cases. Free shipping is not available for heavy or large items that must be shipped by truck, international shipments and special orders. In those cases there will be additional costs.
When do I qualify for free shipping?
- Valid for retail orders paid in advance that meet the minimum amount.
- Applies only to standard shipping within Argentina.
- Does not apply to heavy, bulky, oversized or custom-made products.
- Does not include truck shipping, cash on delivery or air freight.
- Collino reserves the right to modify the shipping method according to the nature of the order.
- This promotion does not apply to:
• Wholesale customers (COLLAB SELLER / WORKSHOP)
• MercadoLibre listings under the account COLLINOTIENDAOFICIAL
• Orders shipped from multiple locations or external factories
• Made-to-order items or items with special delays
Additional charges for oversized items
- Some items require additional charges due to size, even if not marked as oversized on the site.
- Dimensional weight is used to calculate rates for large products, especially in air shipments.
Example: a lightweight but large volume product may be calculated as if it weighed more, depending on the packaging size.
Truck shipping
- Some products can only be shipped by specialized ground transport.
- It is recommended to indicate a commercial address to avoid additional charges for delivery to private residences.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the receipt before signing.
- If the product arrives damaged, contact us immediately to arrange replacement or return.
International shipping
- Prices on our site are expressed in Argentine pesos.
- If you pay in another currency, conversion charges, customs fees, import taxes or other adjustments may apply to complete the order.
- The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and charges related to international imports.

RETURN POLICY
At Collino we want you to feel secure when purchasing. That's why we offer a period of up to 30 calendar days from your purchase to manage returns or exchanges.
In addition, all our products come with a 90-day factory warranty, beyond the return period. VIEW WARRANTY
Want to exchange or return a product?
You must contact us to coordinate the return. Our advisors will guide you to prepare the shipment correctly.
Conditions for a valid return:
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Must retain the complete original packaging.
- Must not be an excluded product.

When is the refund credited?
Once the product is received and its condition verified:
- The product value (minus shipping costs) will be credited to your account immediately.
- You can use that balance to purchase any other product.
Which products cannot be returned?
Returns are not accepted for:
- Discontinued products or products being phased out within the next 30 days.
- Products purchased on clearance.
- Made-to-order products, with delays at purchase, or with personalized characteristics.
- Complete chassis, complete front or rear axles.
- Products specially ordered from external suppliers.
How does warranty return work?
If the product received is incorrect, damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Collino covers the shipping costs for its return.
Once received and technically evaluated, we may:
- Repair the product.
- Replace it with a new or equivalent one.
- Or reject the claim if it does not fall under warranty.
In no case will Collino be responsible for consequential damages, lost profits or indirect consequences related to product use.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. Warranty coverage
All Collino Limited Warranties extend only to the original consumer.
This Limited Warranty is not assignable or transferable. There are no additional warranties beyond those stipulated herein. Collino offers no other warranties, express or implied, beyond this Limited Warranty.
Collino / Faster / Formula Sim. Collino warrants that its new Collino, Faster, Formula Sim products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. Conditions and exclusions
Collino's Limited Warranty does not specifically apply to products that have been (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, negligence, accident, incorrect installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion or defective repairs; or (c) used in applications other than those recommended by Collino.
Collino also does not warrant and disclaims all responsibility for products used in racing activities or uses not recommended in the brand's current catalog.
The warranty for metallic ceramic coatings is limited to material and workmanship defects for 90 days. Does not apply to products subjected to adverse conditions.
3. Requirements to validate a warranty
To initiate the warranty process, the consumer must return the allegedly defective product to the place of purchase with a dated receipt and the corresponding complete warranty claim label.
Claims will be rejected if the consumer cannot determine the purchase date. Do not send products directly to Collino. Collino assumes no responsibility for products sent without authorization.
It is recommended that installation, adjustment and repair of Collino products be performed by a trained and experienced mechanic.
4. Legal limitations
Collino will not be responsible for: (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental expenses; nor (b) consequential or other damages caused by the use of its products.
This Limited Warranty establishes specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights under applicable law.
This Warranty supersedes all previous representations.
