Ford F100 Twin I-Beam Pro Touring Front Suspension Kit

3" Drop • Complete Geometry Correction System

The Collino Twin I-Beam Pro Touring Front Suspension Kit is a complete front suspension upgrade engineered specifically for 1967–1979 Ford F100 Twin I-Beam trucks.

Unlike conventional lowering kits that simply reduce ride height while compromising suspension geometry, the Collino system was engineered from the ground up to maintain proper steering geometry, maximize suspension travel, and dramatically improve vehicle stability, steering precision, and overall driving confidence.

Designed around the original Ford Twin I-Beam suspension architecture, this system delivers a 3-inch (76 mm) front drop while preserving the characteristics that made the Twin I-Beam suspension legendary for strength, durability, and ride quality.

Every component has been CAD-designed, CNC-manufactured, and validated through extensive real-world testing to deliver modern handling without sacrificing reliability.

Designed to Drive Like a Modern Performance Truck

The Collino system corrects the geometry changes normally introduced by lowering a Twin I-Beam suspension.

The result is a truck that feels dramatically more stable at highway speeds, corners with greater confidence, responds more precisely to steering inputs, and maintains improved tire contact throughout suspension travel.

The suspension retains excellent ride comfort while providing the handling characteristics expected from a modern Pro Touring vehicle.

Complete Bolt-On Installation

The entire system installs using the original Ford chassis mounting locations.

No frame modifications or welding are required.

The kit retains the original coil springs and shock absorbers, allowing owners to preserve readily available service parts while dramatically upgrading suspension performance.

Spindle Compatibility

The system is available in two versions depending on the steering knuckle installed on the truck.

Both versions preserve correct steering geometry after lowering.

Version 1 — Original Drum Brake Spindles

Designed for original Ford 7/8" King Pin drum brake spindles equipped with removable steering arms.

Includes:

Steering geometry correction components

Correct steering arm height

Proper Ackermann geometry

Direct Bolt-On installation

No cutting or welding required

Recommended for:

Original drum brake trucks

Restorations

Aftermarket disc brake conversions that retain original drum brake spindles

Version 2 — Factory Disc Brake Spindles

Designed for original Ford 7/8" King Pin factory disc brake spindles, where the steering arm is cast into the spindle.

Includes:

Precision-machined steering arm relocation adapters

Correct steering arm height

Maintained Ackermann geometry

Installation requires minor drilling and thread tapping of the steering components

Complete installation instructions included

No cutting or welding required

This version allows factory disc brake trucks to maintain proper steering geometry after lowering.

Engineered for Strength

Every component is manufactured using premium materials and precision production processes to withstand the demands of street driving, aggressive cornering, and high-performance applications.

Construction includes:

Heavy-wall structural steel

CNC laser-cut components

Precision MIG welding

High-strength hardware

Durable corrosion-resistant finish

Adjustable Radius Arms Included

Unlike factory radius arms, the Collino tubular Radius Arms incorporate an integrated caster adjustment system.

Proper caster adjustment improves:

High-speed stability

Straight-line tracking

Steering return-to-center

Cornering stability

Overall steering feel

The heavy-duty tubular construction also minimizes suspension deflection during braking and cornering.
